Working with Agencies

When you submit a project request, our AI classification system analyzes your project description and automatically identifies the most relevant service categories. The system then matches your request with agencies that specialize in those services, factoring in your budget range, timeline, industry, and location preferences. Matched agencies receive a notification with your project details. You can also browse and contact agencies directly through the directory without going through the matching process.

Response times vary by agency. Many agencies on 50Pros respond within a few hours, especially those with the "Fast Responder" badge (which means they consistently respond in under 4 hours). You can see each agency’s average response time on their profile. Once an agency responds to your project request, you’ll receive an email notification and can continue the conversation through the platform’s built-in messaging system.

After working with an agency, you may receive a review invitation via email with a unique link. Click the link to access the review form where you can rate the agency on overall satisfaction, work quality, adherence to schedule, cost effectiveness, and willingness to refer. You can also write a detailed review of your experience and describe the project. All reviews go through content moderation before being published to ensure they are genuine and meet our quality guidelines. Reviews must be original content — copying reviews from other platforms like Clutch or G2 is not permitted.

You can manage your project requests from the buyer dashboard. From there, you can view the status of each request, see which agencies have been matched or have responded, and communicate with agencies through the messaging system. Yes. If you have a free account, you can message any agency directly through the 50Pros messaging system. Click the "Message" button on an agency’s profile to start a conversation. Messages are organized in your buyer dashboard inbox where you can manage all your conversations in one place. This keeps your communications organized and gives you a record of all discussions with potential agencies.
