Agencies that pay the one-time verification fee earn a Verified badge, which confirms they have been reviewed by our team and have committed to maintaining a quality presence on the platform. Our AI-powered classification system will automatically match your project to the most relevant service categories. Once submitted, matching agencies are notified and can review your project details. You’ll also receive email confirmation with your matched agencies.
What happens after I submit a project request?
After you submit a project request, our system uses AI to classify your project into the right service categories and matches it with relevant agencies. Matched agencies receive a notification about your project with the details you provided (your contact information is only shared with agencies you choose to connect with). Agencies can then reach out to you through the platform’s messaging system. You can track the status of your request from the buyer dashboard, message agencies directly, and manage responses all in one place.
